Spring 2025 — Belle Meade. Five-man crew, 42 yards of 4,000 psi mix, fiber-mesh reinforcement, 6" slab over compacted limestone base. Formed Monday, poured Tuesday at 7 AM, finished and joint-cut by lunch.
We prepped a graded limestone base and set forms to a laser-verified crown so water sheds evenly off a 900 ft run. Fiber-mesh reinforcement with #4 rebar at the turnaround and shop-apron transitions where vehicle loads concentrate.
Single-day pour with two mixer trucks cycling between the plant and the site. Homeowner drove on the finished drive the following Tuesday. One year in: zero cracks outside the control joints.
"They show up when they said they'd show up, pour what they said they'd pour, and leave the site cleaner than they found it. I've put Jireh on fourteen of our Belle Meade and Brentwood builds and I don't plan on shopping around."
Based in Nashville, TN. We pour across Middle Tennessee, Southern Kentucky, and Northern Alabama — with a focus on the estate corridors of Belle Meade, Brentwood, Franklin, Green Hills, Forest Hills, and Leipers Fork.
